Emmanuel Ligner and the Supervisory Board have agreed that he is stepping down as CEO of the Group. Paul Navarre will take on the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer of Cerba HealthCare, alongside his current position as Chair of the Supervisory Board. The search for a permanent CEO is ongoing.

Cerba will publish its Q4 2024 Financial Results on Monday 28 April 2025, and a conference call will be held on Tuesday 29 April 2025 at 10:30 am CET (09:30 am London). Details for connection will follow later.
